Glitter powder is the main material to produce Glitter Leather Fabric, glitter power made of PET

Firstly, galvanized into silver colors, after polish and punch which will get the dazzlingly shining effect.

Normally there are quadrilateral and hexagonal, the size depends on the length side, for example, the normal length side of the quadrilateral is 0.1mm, 0.2mm, and 0.3mm, etc.

Because the glitter powder grain is thick, if carry out the normal application by scraping like wet Polyurethane, on one hand, it will hurt the release paper. On the other hand, due to the limit of coating thickness, glitter powder couldn’t 100% cover the base which cause uneven colors on the surface.

Currently, most Glitter Leather Fabric suppliers are using the spraying process.

Firstly spray one layer of polyurethane binder on the surface of synthetic leather, then spray the glitter powder and make it even, after that, heat under the temperature of 140～160℃, let it dry 12 to 24 hours, after the binder fully cured, then clean the excess glitter powder on the surface.

Producing glitter leather fabric with this process can make the glitter leather looks brightly and have the 3D effect, also reflect gloss from a different angle, the disadvantage is that the abrasion resistance performed is not good enough.
